XHTML, W3C, Dublin Core (that is more a semantic than a standard), AAA (accessibility), WAI (Accessibility again), CSS 2, and others not well known.
I was constrained to learn all of those interesting stuff because in my company we are working around the IAB France website.Here is bunch of interesting links :

[FR] http://www.accessiweb.org/ : Accessiweb is the french website for an administrative accessibility validation of your website.
