Liquid Resize

This software is quite simple and do exactly what they show on the video, but you can do much more :

• resizing both width and height of images
• support for shrinking or enlarging images
• using transparent masks to mark areas the should be protected (i.e. not altered when resizing)
• using transparent masks to mark areas the should be deleted (i.e. removed when resizing)
• saving the result and/or the mask (support for Jpg, Gif, Png, Bmp, Tga, Tiff, and Pcx image formats)
