Don't you think no one's get backup system of their own music they made. I think not... But personaly I use those type of download system (and others eMule & uTorrent) to download MP3. After listenning music on my MP3 player during 2 weeks with my downloaded music, if I really like, I buy it. Here is my vision of music. Your terms of service specifically states that you can't use it to download anything except your own stuff from your own site. Maybe a few people would use it to restore their stuff if they got a drive crash or something. But u KNOW what people are really gonna do with it. You make no bones about that. Well… ummmmm…..
